Meet Our Team

Hi! I’m Beverly – one of the dental assistants in our Sterling location. I have been in the dental field for a few years now – joining the Smileville team in September of 2021. I’m currently a College student majoring in Health Science. When I’m not working or busy with school, I enjoy spending quality time with my family or shopping.

I chose to assist in pediatric dentistry because I enjoy working with children and helping create positive dental experiences from an early age. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that helps kids feel comfortable, build healthy habits, and leave with a smile.

Hi, I’m Debra – though most people around the office know me as Ms. Debbie! I’ve been in the dental field since 1983 and became part of the Smileville family in 2015. I completed my dental assistant training at NOVA, though I work I the front desk in our Sterling office.

A fun fact about me: I’ve been with my husband for 40 years – and we’ve been married for 11 of them! In my spare time, you’ll usually find me playing BINGO or relaxing on the couch with my fur baby, Jax (woof woof!). Oh, and fair warning – I’m super friendly and can definitely talk your ear off!

Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m the youngest member of the Smileville team and currently a 19-year-old college student at NOVA, where I’m studying Health Sciences. I was fortunate to attend a high school that offered a two-year dental assisting program, which sparked my interest in the field.

I joined Smileville in July 2025 and have truly enjoyed my role as a dental assistant. I’m passionate about helping others and love creating a positive, supportive environment for patients and my team.

A fun fact about me: I was a varsity cheerleader in high school, serving as the flyer and performing back handsprings—cheering brought me so much joy, especially when we teamed up with Herndon Youth cheerleaders! I’m also creatively inclined and enjoy drawing in my free time.

Hi, I’m Nazak! I began my journey as a dental assistant right here at Smileville Sterling after completing my dental assistant course, and I’ve loved every moment since.

Outside the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our daughter, painting, or having fun with our playful dog. I also have a passion for cooking, reading, poetry, and music—there’s always something creative or cozy going on in my free time!

Hi, I’m Shahrzad, the team lead at our Sterling location. I have a passion for classic literature and enjoy running—in fact, I’ve completed a few 10K races in the past! Although I’ve taken a break from training, I’m hoping to get back into it soon.

I began working as a part-time dental assistant during my freshman year at George Mason University in April 2018. I graduated with Honors, earning a B.S. in Bioengineering and a Minor in Mathematics, with plans to begin dental school in 2026.

My coworkers often describe me as bubbly and cheerful. After dental school, I’m interested in pursuing a career in either pediatric dentistry or maxillofacial surgery

Hi, I’m Sthefany! I joined the Smileville team in the summer of 2025 as one of the dental assistants. I’m Honduran-American and have a passion for learning and exploring new ideas. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time outdoors on nature walks.

A fun fact about me: I’m really into fragrances! I see scent as more than just a beauty accessory — it’s a whole vibe. I believe the right fragrance can shift your mood, define a moment, or even spark a memory. I’m also a proud bookworm and could easily spend hours getting lost in a bookstore.
